RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

In Store Purchases:

Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Any returns will be store credit only, we do not offer refunds. Items returned must be in new, original condition with tag still intact (no signs of wear, wash, stains, or tears). If you cannot make it to the store within the 14 days, please contact us and we can make an arrangement.

Online purchase:

Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Any returns will be store credit only, we do not offer refunds. Shipping is non refundable. Items returned must be in new, original condition with tag still intact (no signs of wear, wash, stains, or tears). Return shipping is at the customers expense. Please contact us via email (themessydresserboutique@gmail.com), Instagram (@themessydresser), or Facebook (@themessydresserboutique) and we will assist you in returning your item.

SHIPPING POLICY

The Messy Dresser ships via USPS. Once your order has been placed please allow up to 2 business days (Monday-Friday) for your order to be processed. You will receive an email when your item has been shipped. Please allow 3-9 business days for your package to be delivered. Once your package has been delivered we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please make sure the shipping address you provide is one that USPS can deliver to.
